Arrival is anytime after 5pm, cocktails are available on order. Dinner at 6pm, presentation at 6:30. We hope to see many of you there.
January 11th 2010 SAIT AWARDS
January 7th, 2010Upcoming meeting January the 11th 2010 will be for out top SAIT Glazing Students from Edmonton. Arrival is anytime after 5pm dinner for 6 and awards will be between 6:30 and 7pm.

General Meeting December 7th 2009
November 3rd, 2009Our next General meeting will be on December 7th 2009. We will be having a Wine tasting evening at the Royal Executive Inn. Spouses are welcome. This will be a great evening to mingle, interact, and try some new wines. We will not be serving a complete dinner at this meeting, but we will have some fruit, cheese and crackers laid out to complement the wines being tasted. Additional reminders will go out the week prior to the meeting.
Career Fair on November 20th and 21st
November 3rd, 2009The GTA is booked for Booth 418 at the Canada Career Week Fair. Close to 14000 people are expected at this career fair and this will be huge for our organization.
All Members are welcome to submit job postings to Wendy Clarahan at clarahanwl@visionwall.com If you email in the job posting it will be available at our booth for the traffic to copy down if interested. If you would like to handout job postings please courier the amount of copies that you would like handed out to Wendy Clarahan At 17915 118 Avenue, Edmonton AB T5S1L6
We are in Need of Volunteer for the Booth, please ask your employees if they would be able to spare a couple hours either on the 20th between 9am and 5pm or the 21st between 10am and 4pm. They are welcome to bring tools of the trade to put on display, wear their work gear, etc.
We are also in need of Photos to post on the backdrop display. Please email any photos that you have that could be used to Wendy Clarahan at clarahanwl@visionwall.com

Articles for Submission are welcome from all members and must be submitted by Nov. 15th. If you have any new technology from your company that you would like to promote you are more than welcome to submit it, we will include as much as possible in each Newsletter.
General Meeting October 5th 2009
September 23rd, 2009This is a reminder for our General Meeting on October 5th 2009 at the Executive Royal Inn West Edmonton 10010-178th Street.
Ken Miller from Sperion Protection will be the presenter. This presentation is structured around a written fall protection plan. The presentation breaks down a written plan and how to conform to the provincial regulations. The program also covers basic fall protection issues like fall clearance, anchor point selection and harness donning.
Arrival Time is anytime after 5pm. We will be aiming for Dinner at 6pm and Presentation at 6:30pm. This presentation is estimated at 45 minutes long. Dinner will be a Country Chicken Buffet. Cost is 30.00 per person. Anyone who replies back and books seats then does not show up for the meeting will still be billed for the reported attendace numbers.
Please email Kaylee @ Kaylee.Juniper@hotmail.com if you will be attending the meeting and let her know how many seats you would like to book. If you are a member and you do not get back to her by the 1st of October she will contact you on the 2nd to be sure whether or not you are coming.
A few members asked before the last meeting so let me clarify for all members that ayone working for a member company is welcome to attend the General Meetings. Even non-members who would like to come and see what an evening is like are welcome to attend.
